Terms and Conditions
THIS SERVICE IS FOR SINGLE, DIVORCED, WIDOWED, OR MARRIED PRACTICING MUSLIMS ONLY. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD.
This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service. Please take the time to read the Agreement before registering. By registering, you become a member of the Service (a "Member"), and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement (the "Terms") for as long as you continue to be a Member.
The following terms are subject to change by The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service at any time, effective upon notice. Minors may not become members. From the time you register and thereafter, The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service will require that you provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 16 years old. You represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old by becoming a member.
Either you or The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service may terminate your membership at any time,for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Moreover, The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the service, without notice, for any reason or upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service's attention.
Your membership of the The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your membership to any other person or entity.
AS A MEMBER, YOU AGREE THAT:
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service profile, or transmit to any other Members.
You will not post on The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service profile, or transmit to any other members or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You will use The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity. You also acknowledge that you are single (never married), divorced, married or widowed. The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Members.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any material from the website without obtaining the prior consent of The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, reserves the right, but has no obligation, to intervene in disputes between you and other members.
INDEMNITY BY MEMBER
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
WARNING - PLEASE READ:
It is possible that other Members may seek to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose to other members of the Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you release to others.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, owns and retains other proprietary rights in the service. The Service contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service. You will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER
The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, will keep confidential all information supplied by you to The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.
COMPLAINTS
To resolve a complaint regarding the The Practising Muslims Marriage Service, you should first contact The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service Customer Support at feedback@thepmms.com.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, provides the service on an "as is" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, in any communication with The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, be liable (i) to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of procurement of substitute services or service interruptions) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, even if The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement, accepted upon registering for The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, contains the entire agreement between you and The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, regarding the use of the Service. This Agreement may only be amended upon notice by The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, to you, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of The Practicing Muslims Marriage Service, Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
